Development of a responsible cocoa sourcing programme and recognition of supplier programmes

Transitions is supporting a chocolate manufacturer in developing, updating and rolling out its responsible cocoa sourcing programme, while recognising supplier programmes to reduce audit pressure and maintain high standards.

This includes strategic support, the design of environmental and social criteria, the development of the verification framework and supplier programme recognition process, as well as assessments carried out by Ecocert teams in five sourcing countries.
