This Transitions website has been developed by the MA3 agency.

Any use of the Website must comply with the General Terms and Conditions of Use set out below (‘GTCU’).

ARTICLE 1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

The purpose of these Terms of Use is to provide a legal framework for the provision of the Site’s services and their use by the user (the “User”). Acceptance of the T&Cs and the User’s undertaking to comply with them arise solely from the User’s access to and use of the Website.

Transitions reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice, in particular to adapt to changes to the Website through the provision of new features, or the removal and/or modification of existing features.

Users are therefore advised to refer to the latest version of the Terms of Use, which are available at all times on the Website, before browsing. Should a User disagree with the Terms of Use, they must not use the Website in any way.
