Preparation of a cosmetics group at EUDR

Transitions is supporting a cosmetics group in ensuring compliance with the European Regulation on Deforestation-free Products (EUDR).

Three initial initiatives were undertaken: clarifying the scope of the regulation, assessing the maturity of each procurement category, and benchmarking the group’s practices against industry peers.

This project prompted the implementation of action plans, decision-support tools and monitoring mechanisms that integrated compliance into the group’s practices.
