Integrating climate considerations into the port improvement charter

The Port Improvement Charter (CAP) aims to promote the responsible management of ports across the Île-de-France region, both industrial and recreational, from environmental and urban planning perspectives.

Working alongside Haropa Port, Transitions has strengthened the CAP framework by incorporating more stringent climate and carbon criteria, supporting their adoption by relevant stakeholders, and training auditors in their application, with the help of practical guidance materials.

The framework now establishes more ambitious climate objectives and provides port stakeholders with a common framework for action.
