Adapting the Transitions 2050 scenarios to local contexts

The Transitions 2050 scenarios outline national pathways to carbon neutrality. Transitions is working with ADEME to develop a methodology for translating these scenarios to the local level.

Forward-looking narratives tailored to specific regions have been developed, long-term transition challenges projected, and stakeholders engaged throughout the process.

This work has laid the groundwork for piloting forward-looking approaches in several local authorities and disseminating a replicable methodology.
